Shipping policy

Shipping Policy. Beauty One offers shipping across Canada and North America. Upon placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms of this policy.

Shipping Method: We ship our products via reliable shipping carriers with tracking. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Shipping Time: While we aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them, order processing times may vary, especially during peak periods. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with estimated delivery time.

Delivery: The customer is responsible for ensuring they, or an authorized individual, are available to accept the delivery. If a package is returned to Beauty One due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer was not available to receive the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return and re-shipping fees.

Liability: Once an order has been shipped, Beauty One Spa Inc. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the shipping carrier. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Customs and Import Duties: For orders shipped outside of Canada, customs duties and taxes may apply, and the customer is responsible for paying these fees. Beauty One Spa Inc. is not responsible for any package held or confiscated by customs.

Order Changes and Cancellations: Any requests for changes to or cancellations of orders must be made prior to the order being processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed for shipping, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
By using Beauty One's services and purchasing products for delivery, the customer agrees to the terms of this Shipping Policy. Beauty One Inc. reserves the right to change this Shipping Policy at any time.
City Delivery Terms. Deliveries of our products are available on certain dates and times as per our operational capabilities. If you request a product delivery at a time we are unable to accommodate, your order will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot, and you will have the opportunity to accept or decline to proceed with such an order. Deliveries cannot be made to certain institutions such as hospitals.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they, or another person residing at the delivery address, are present to receive the product delivery at the chosen time. This person must be capable of entering into a legal contract in Ontario, typically at least 18 years of age and their name matches the credit used to make the purchase (“Eligible Individual”).
To receive a product delivery, the Eligible Individual must sign a receipt provided by Beauty One and present government-issued identification featuring a photograph and stating their date of birth (“Required Documentation”) for inspection. The name on the Required Documentation should match the name on the credit card used to place the order. Please note, that this policy applies only to products ordered for delivery within the Greater Toronto Area.
- Ontario Driver’s License
- Ontario Photo ID card
- Passport
- Citizenship Card
- Permanent Resident Card
- Canadian Armed Forces Card
- Indian Status Card
- Photo Cards issued under the Photo Card Act
If there is no Eligible Individual to receive the delivery and/or if the Required Documentation is not provided, the Beauty One representative will not deliver the product. In such a case, Beauty One will provide you with a credit for the amount you paid for such a product, deducting the delivery fee and an administrative fee charged by us for administering the Service.
Beauty One reserves the right at all times to refuse delivery for any reason whatsoever, including if;
The Beauty One representative is not satisfied that the individual receiving the order at the residential address is an Eligible Individual;
The Beauty One representative is not satisfied with the Required Documentation provided to him or her;
The Beauty One representative determines, in his or her sole opinion, that the Eligible Individual is intoxicated, rude or threatening.
Beauty One or the Beauty One representative is not satisfied that the delivery can be made in compliance with the applicable laws and these Terms of Use.
